About the Founder
Kieran' O'Callaghan is the founder and Director of the InSync Institute. He has conducted transformative programs for thousands of individuals and organisations over many years. He is a versatile and innovative thinker who has focused for the last 25 years on how to bring improvement to individuals, organisations and community life.
Kieran has designed and facilitated an enormous variety of programs for managers and leaders in Government departments and many influential private sector organisations; from senior executive levels through to middle managers and lower level staff. He has conducted motivational and team building programs for professional sporting teams and coaching programs for leading performing artists. He has undertaken a wide range of management, leadership, change management and communication skills programs, motivation and team-building, through to visioning and strategic planning, individual coaching for managers and leaders, as well as mediation and facilitation.
Kieran has also worked extensively with individuals, coaching and supporting them in their quest to achieve the highest levels of health, happiness and authentic success, including coaching on relationships and life challenges. He is one of Australia's most experienced meditation teachers and has studied with some of the world's great meditation and yoga masters. His approach distils the essential teachings of the world's spiritual and wisdom traditions.
Kieran has been active in large-scale projects to bring together leaders and the community to promote peace, reconciliation and intercultural harmony. He has led the design and development of award-winning programs for building resilience in youth - programs that have received recurrent government funding.
Kieran holds a Bachelor of Asian Studies, a Bachelor of Law, and a Bachelor of Letters from the Australian National University, and is admitted as a barrister and solicitor in the Australian Capital Territory.
