Brigitte has been practising yoga for the past seven years. She turned to yoga to help overcome mild anxiety and to find alternative ways of dealing with stress. Brigitte completed her 200-hour yoga teaching training with InSync, which has changed her life.
With a background in dancing and gymnastics, Brigitte found herself drawn to yoga and its many benefits such as maintaining strong and flexible muscles and helping with relaxation and focus. She likes to teach a mix of vinyasa flow with a few strong poses to keep your body strong while ensuring you feel relaxed and well stretched when you leave.
