Rachel O’Connor developed her love for yoga and meditation during her first pregnancy with a strong desire to calm her mind and tune inwards, to learn how to be a peaceful and patient Mum. Becoming a new Mum while living in Alice Springs, thousands of kilometers away from her family was at times a challenging experience. Yoga assisted Rachel to move from loneliness and loss of identity to find happiness within. She has qualifications in life coaching, nutrition, and fitness and has guided many women and families through their own journey of growth and transformation. Rachel has come full circle as she has taken her love of yoga to the next level by becoming a yoga teacher. She is grateful for the opportunity to assist others through yoga to calm their mind, strengthen their body and ignite their spirit both on and off the mat.
Rachel is a passionate advocate for health, well-being, and equality. Her two beautiful children, Jack and Zoe, remind her on a daily basis of the importance of having fun and seeing that truth, love, and beauty is within and all around.
