What is InSync Meditation?

InSync offers a wide range of meditation practices to help you develop your mind and body and awaken your spirit. In a way, all meditation is designed to promote greater awareness and to bring the benefits of that awareness into all areas of your life. The most effective and powerful techniques for experiencing deep relaxation, releasing stress and promoting healing involve sitting practices. In addition to this, mindfulness techniques including walking and moving meditations, are also important practices in bringing more calm, spaciousness and evenness to our every day activities.

At different times, there can also be great benefit in learning meditation techniques that generate compassion and loving kindness for ourselves and others and there are also some very useful practices that work on an energetic level to bring about greater levels of healing, awareness and transformation. InSync meditation training can help you wherever you are on your journey, whether you just want to de-stress, relax and rejuvenate or you want to inquire deeply into the nature of life and awaken your full potential.\

InSync Sitting Meditation

InSync Meditation sitting practices use simple and effective techniques that allow the activity of the mind to settle. Because the mind and body are so intimately connected, as the mind settles there is a corresponding reduction in physiological activity. This enables the body to gain a deep level of rest, a level much deeper than sleep whilst remaining fully alert. Such a level of rest allows the body's natural healing and rejuvenation mechanisms to function effectively, enabling deep stresses and tensions to dissolve.
