This is seven session course is designed to help you develop and improve your yoga practice as well as learn how to apply many of the deeper principles of yoga in your daily life.
Each session is 90 minutes and in many ways will be like a regular InSync Yoga class but with structured learning to cover all the key elements in the course.
The course is designed to be progressive and will build from the basics to bring a much greater level of understanding, awareness and skilfulness in your practice.
This is for you if you want to:
- Learn how to improve your posture, strength, flexibility and balance.
- Discover how to increase your vitality and energy.
- Learn about the energetics of a high level yoga practice to generate more power and more easily get into flow
- Understand energy lines and how to use them in poses to enhance alignment and improve your practice
- Develop your personal yoga practice
- Address specific issues and concerns
- Advance your practice, including learning more advanced poses and breathing practices
- Learn how to apply the principles of yoga in your daily life
- Learn about the masculine and the feminine energies and how to balance them in your practice and life
- Learn how to skilfully use the power of awareness
- Develop your yoga to get the most out of your practice

When: This 7 week course will be starting next Tuesday 23 May 5:30pm – 7:00pm.
Cost: The course cost is $175 for 7 sessions with a 50% discount for unlimited pass holders.
