The InSync Institute's Yoga and Meditation Teacher Training program has been designed to maximise personal growth as a platform for developing the competency to effectively share this wisdom for the benefit of others.

In this course you will learn:

• How to structure and effectively teach a class. This includes the skill and sensitivity to tune into the varying needs of different people and adapt the approach accordingly.
• The science of yoga and its related disciplines.
• How to develop the communication, facilitation, learning and teaching skills to effectively share this wisdom

Most importantly, you don't have to be a master yogi to be a yoga teacher!

A high level of proficiency in yoga postures is not a requirement for entrance to the program. If you currently have a yoga practice and are physically healthy you can apply.

The yoga teacher training program will not only enhance your personal practice of meditation and yoga, it will greatly increase your level of confidence and general feeling of well-being.

At the completion of this program you will be able to teach a range of yoga classes, from beginner through to intermediate level and able to teach a range of meditation techniques in an individual and group environment.

Program Award

Our teacher training program is fully certified with Yoga Australia. Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive a Certificate of Completion in Yoga and Meditation Teacher Training and will be eligible for Yoga Teacher membership with Yoga Australia, the premier Australian yoga teacher association. This membership brings many benefits including specialist insurance for yoga teachers.
