  • 3 x 30-minute personal coaching sessions to help you clarify your goals, understand your mind/body type and give you the tools to make the most out of the program
  • 4 x 60-minute group coaching sessions which include:
    • Beginning goal setting and action planning session, Mid challenge check-in and support session, end of program review session as well as a post-program follow-up
    • Tips to help you understand your unique Mind/Body type and how to get and stay in balance
    • How to lose weight, improve your diet, detox and strengthen your digestive system
    • How to sleep better and access more energy and focus during the day
  • Unlimited Yoga classes (for the duration of the program)
  • 9 x Special Morning Sessions to improve fitness, energize your life and stay focused on your goals. These sessions will be at InSync from 6.45am to 7.45am Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday for three weeks starting on Monday 14 September.
