Our approach is based on Classical Hatha Yoga which offers a complete approach to the development of your body and mind.
Our classes also incorporate breathing practices, mindfulness and meditative techniques designed to really settle the mind and body and help you feel great.
Whichever class you attend, the teacher will endeavour to make sure you feel welcome and comfortable – even if you’ve never done yoga before.

What style of yoga do you teach?
We teach a variety of classes which incorporate all the key approaches of yoga including Hatha, Karma, Bhakti, and Gyana yoga.
You will also see many useful elements of popular styles in our classes, such as Iyengar, Bikram, Satyananda and others.
What type of classes do you have?
We offer a variety of classes to suit a range of different needs. This includes everything from stronger, dynamic classes including power yoga and vinyasa flow through to gentler general wellbeing classes.
Most of our classes from the general well-being to power yoga are suitable for beginners as well as more experienced students. However, a greater level of fitness to attend the power yoga and vinyasa flow classes is encouraged.
